Spin Flash Dryer
PMI Spin Flash Dryer is a continuous bulk drying system which helps in uniform quality products, energy savings, low labour deployment, low space requirement and minimal dusting due to negative pressures in the system during drying. The design of the spin flash drying system depends, inter dia, upon product characteristics, capacity & other specific application requirement. Consequently every system is custom designed.

Features:

• Dust free operation, because it operates under negative pressure.
• Dries wet cake.
• An extremely energy efficient continuous drying system, the efficiency being in the region of 60-80 percent.
• Occupies lesses space compared to spray dryer or pneumatic flash dryer.

Conical Blender
PMI Conical Blenders is particularly suitable for handling large powder volumes with moderate to small but difficult to blending dry and moist powders, wet cakes and slurries.

PMI Ribbon blender is suitable for handling large dry and wet powder volume. It consists of a horizontal 'U' tough with horizontally installed mixing shaft.
